Property One has been in business in Sault Ste. Marie for over 20 years, managing a wide-range of local commercial and residential properties as well as condominiums.

In 2014, Property One formally expanded services to include commercial cleaning (janitorial services). Since that time our client list has grown significantly and now includes car dealerships, financial institutions, office buildings, condominiums and industrial space.  

Today, Property One, have a staff of over 50 management and janitorial employees locally in Sault Ste Marie and an additional 20 cleaners dedicated to the Ontario portfolio which spans from Thunder Bay, ON to Pembroke, ON and includes 32 locations in total. 

Within both Property One’s management and cleaning departments, the organization strives to provide tailored service that meets the unique needs of each client.  Working with our clients to develop a program that comprises specific scheduled tasks, supervision, inspection, training, and health and safety.  Our services remain flexible and we are always looking at new ways to improve and expand our offerings to better serve our clients.

Property One strive for a strong relationship with clients built on communication and ensure that all inquiries are promptly addressed by staff.  A 24-hour emergency service telephone line is available to all clients, and at least one staff member is on call at all times to deal with any emergency situations that may arise.  This enables immediate response to any situation day or night.  Our team is able to identify potential issues and subsequently develop and recommend an approach that will avert situations which may result in the neglect of the property or poor image of a property or client.
