Joe Ruscio is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience and a successful accounting practice. In addition to his financial expertise, he is an accomplished real estate developer with a strong track record in both residential and commercial sectors.
Joe brings a unique combination of management, real estate, and accounting experience, which he leverages to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost-effective operations. He has successfully overseen numerous property development and management projects, consistently achieving strong results and client satisfaction.
General Manager
Tom joined the Property One team in 2019 as General Manager, where he is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations. With over 30 years of experience in property management and related roles, he brings a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership to the organization.
Throughout his career, Tom has held senior positions with some of Canada’s leading real estate developers and property owners. Most recently, he served as Regional Director for Eastern and Northern Ontario, based in Ottawa, where he managed a broad portfolio and led operational strategies across multiple markets. His extensive background and strategic approach make him a valuable asset to the Property One team.
