James has a thorough knowledge in all facets of the real estate industry that he utilizes while managing property and business operations as well as long term planning for building improvements.

Joe Ruscio is a 20+ year Chartered Accountant with a successful accounting practice, and also a Real Estate Developer. Joe has the management, real estate and accounting experience to ensure quality service and cost efficiencies. He has successfully managed numerous property development and management projects, both in the residential and commercial sectors.
General Manager
Tom recently joined the Property One team as General Manager and oversees the day-to-day operations. With over 25+ years experience in Property Management related roles, Tom has garnered his experience working for some of Canada’s largest Real Estate developers and owners including his most recent role as a Regional Director of Eastern & Northern Ontario based in Ottawa, ON.
