James Caicco is also a Principal of Property One and Owner of Century 21. His 20+ years in real estate brings extensive real estate industry experience, and a solid commitment to the community. James has a thorough knowledge in all facets of the real estate industry that he utilizes while managing property and business operations as well as long term planning for building improvements.
Principal
Joe Ruscio is a 20+ year Chartered Accountant with a successful accounting practice, and also a Real Estate Developer. Joe has the management, real estate and accounting experience to ensure quality service and cost efficiencies. He has successfully managed numerous property development and management projects, both in the residential and commercial sectors.
General Manager
Tom recently joined the Property One team as General Manager and oversees the day-to-day operations. With over 25+ years experience in Property Management related roles, Tom has garnered his experience working for some of Canada’s largest Real Estate developers and owners including his most recent role as a Regional Director of Eastern & Northern Ontario based in Ottawa, ON.
Property Manager
Anthony, supports the Property Management team while managing the Janitorial division. His expertise resides in cleaning & janitorial management at large scale events such as the Melbourne Cup Carnival (Australia), Sydney Royal Easter Show (Australia) and most recently at the mega event, Dubai World Expo 2020.
